We use centuries old fermentation methods to make our delicious products. Not only are they tasty, they are incredibly good for you! We never pasteurize anything, so all our ferments are raw, living and full of happy ‘bugs’.
Historically, people learned how to naturally ferment foods to preserve them for storage and use during the winter months when growing fresh foods was not possible. But, over time, the health benefits became obvious, and have since been proven to be even more significant. For this reason, consuming cultured foods strictly for their health benefits is quite common.
