Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you and Cultured Traditions LLC (“Cultured Traditions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning your use of this website and any purchase made through it.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Accounts & information

If you create an account or submit information through the website, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity occurring through your account.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, prevent fraud or misuse, comply with law, or protect the security and operation of the website.

Orders, pricing & payment

Product descriptions, prices, pack options, and availability may change without notice. We make every effort to present information accurately, but we may correct typographical errors, pricing errors, or omissions at any time.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment cannot be verified, an order appears fraudulent, or we cannot safely or reasonably fulfill it. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the cancelled amount.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees will be shown before you complete checkout.

Discounts, promotions, and coupon codes may be subject to separate conditions, expiration dates, product exclusions, or quantity limits. Unless we expressly say otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, applied retroactively, exchanged for cash, or transferred.

Shipping & delivery

We generally ship at the beginning of the week to reduce avoidable weekend delays. Departure dates, delivery estimates, and available destinations may change because of weather, carrier schedules, holidays, product availability, or other conditions.

Shipped orders are packed in insulated packaging, with ice packs when appropriate. This packaging helps buffer temperature changes but is not refrigerated freight and does not guarantee cold arrival.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for retrieving and refrigerating the package promptly after delivery. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed by Cultured Traditions.

If we cannot ship within the time stated at checkout or in our order communications, we will provide any delay notice, opportunity to consent to the delay, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.

Local pickup

Our Suwanee production facility is not a regular retail storefront. Local pickup is available by appointment only. Please place your order online first and wait until the pickup time has been scheduled or confirmed before arriving.

Acceptable website use

You may use this website only for lawful personal or business purchasing and informational purposes. You may not interfere with the website’s operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, collect information through unauthorized automated means, impersonate another person, misuse another person’s account, or use the website in violation of any law.

You may not copy or scrape substantial portions of the website, use our content or systems to build or train a competing product or service, send spam, or use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

Reviews, feedback & submissions

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, based on your genuine experience when presented as a review, and does not violate law or another person’s rights. You retain ownership of your original content.

You grant Cultured Traditions a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display submitted content in connection with our website, products, and marketing, subject to applicable law. We may remove spam, unlawful content, confidential information, or content unrelated to the product or service being reviewed. Nothing in these terms restricts your right to share an honest review.

Intellectual property

The Cultured Traditions name, logo, product names, photographs, written content, recipes, graphics, website design, and other original materials on this website are owned by or licensed to Cultured Traditions and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and print reasonable portions of the website for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

Privacy, cookies & third-party services

Information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with the privacy and cookie notices displayed on the website. Payment providers, shipping carriers, analytics providers, embedded maps, social-media platforms, and other service providers may process information under their own policies.

Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of unaffiliated third-party websites.

Any court proceeding that is not otherwise resolved between the parties will be brought in a state or federal court serving Gwinnett County, Georgia, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms prevents either party from seeking relief in small claims court when eligible, or limits any non-waivable consumer right or remedy.
