BRINE – JALAPENO PEPPERS

This is a jar full of living power of a naturally fermented brine. Please take a shot, your body will thank yo for it!
It also has many uses –
• As marinade/meat tenderizer
• Adds a depth of flavor to your soups, stews, deviled eggs, sourdough bread
• You can pickle (ferment) other things with it – vegetables, eggs. Makes AWESOME pickled eggs! Just fill a jar with peeled (or not) hard boiled eggs, pour the brine until covered and move into the refrigerator. They will last for many many months!
• Ingredient in bar drinks
• Use it instead of vinegar in recipes
